THE WRITTEN TERMS BELOW SET OUT THE TERMS ON WHICH HARLEY ELITE ACADEMY LTD, 2 HARLEY STREET, LONDON, W1G 9PA, PROVIDES TRAINING SERVICES TO ITS DELEGATES. PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING ANY TRAINING COURSE.
Full or partial payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure your place on a training course.
Harley Elite Academy does not store credit card details and will not share customer details with any third parties.
A certificate confirming successful completion of the training course will be issued to delegates upon completion of the course.
Training course models will be provided by Harley Elite Academy for educational purposes. Delegates are not required to bring their own models. On the day of the course, delegates will work together to review the consultation process and treatment plan for each model as part of a collaborative learning exercise designed to support interactive practical training.
There may be different trainers across individual courses to provide variety and depth in both theory and practical sessions.
Whilst Harley Elite Academy will endeavour to provide a full range of models for each course, we cannot guarantee models for every treatment area. The Academy cannot be held responsible should models become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
Food will be provided during the training day. Delegates must notify us of any dietary requirements at least one week prior to the course date so that we can attempt to accommodate these needs.
Delegates arriving late may not be permitted to participate in the course or receive certification.
Harley Elite Academy accepts no liability for travel costs, accommodation expenses, or any other costs incurred by delegates when attending a training course.
Course aftercare and ongoing support are provided to all delegates. Guidance on employment opportunities may also be offered through our affiliations with aesthetic recruitment agencies. However, Harley Elite Academy does not guarantee employment as we are a training provider and not a recruitment agency.
The aesthetics industry in the United Kingdom is currently unregulated. Like many recognised training providers, our curriculum has been assessed and approved by cosmetic indemnity providers who provide recognition and authorisation for indemnity purposes. Harley Elite Academy cannot be held responsible if:
A £300 holding deposit is required to secure your place on a training course and reserve your chosen date and time. This deposit is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed against treatments or products.
The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to the scheduled training date.
If a booking is cancelled less than 20 days before the course date, the deposit will be forfeited. This reflects the costs associated with securing the surgeon’s availability, arranging clinic facilities, and organising live training models for the course.
Cancellation charges apply to all course bookings. Upon booking, 50% of the total course fee becomes immediately non-refundable.
If a booking is cancelled less than one month prior to the scheduled course date, the full course fee (100%) will be non-refundable.
A minimum of one month’s written notice is required to make any changes to a course booking or training date.
Harley Elite Academy is unable to reschedule or move any training course bookings that fall within one month of the course date.
If Harley Elite Academy is required to cancel a course due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, terrorism, war, political unrest, civil disturbance, natural disasters (including earthquakes or floods), or any other unforeseen event outside of our control, delegates will be offered the opportunity to reschedule their training course to a later available date.
In such circumstances, any request by a delegate to cancel the course instead of rescheduling will still be subject to the standard cancellation policy outlined above.
Harley Elite Academy reserves the right to amend or cancel any training date or location if necessary. In such cases, delegates will be contacted as soon as possible and offered an alternative course date.
Harley Elite Academy accepts no responsibility for any travel, accommodation, or related expenses incurred by delegates.
We reserve the right to cancel course bookings or withdraw delegates from any course if behaviour is considered disruptive, defamatory, or detrimental to the delivery of the training or the experience of other delegates.
If a delegate wishes to reschedule their training to a new date, a new deposit will be required to secure the place on the alternative course date.
Delegates may reschedule their existing course booking a maximum of one time only.
If the request to reschedule is due to a serious reason such as illness or injury, this must be supported by appropriate documentation from a registered GP or medical professional.
